My Legend Of Zelda NES TDO Glitchless Speedrun Journey

Lately I've been speedrunning a lot of games, and currently grinding The Legend of Zelda on NES in the TDO glitchless category. I finally pushed my time down to 42:16. It feels great to see the run come together, but it still gets rough in a few spots. My biggest hurdles show up in level 5 and 8 because the darknuts. The two sets in level 5 and 8 usually end up burning my run.
If I clean up those darknut rooms and stay calmer during late game, I can shave off another few minutes probably. Every small improvement keeps me going.
Other parts of the run that I'm curious about are getting the bombs right before entering level 1 and the money glitch near the beginning of the run. I haven't been able to time these yet, even after watching a few YouTube videos. Could use some help if anyone has any pointers.
