Who We Are
Niteboard ("Niteboard," "We," or "Us") collects and uses minimal personal information about you as providing to the Niteboard website and mobile applications (collectively known as the "Service").
For citizens residing in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union, and are responsible as the controller of your personal information for the purposes of those laws.

- Your IP address, and user agent / browser type are stored and used for analytic purposes including tracking total number of site visits, and their activities within the Service.
- Data is collected via a third-party analytics software for demographic and tracking purposes only.
We share your personal information with third-party services as part of our operation of the Service, whether shared by us or gathered directly using third-party SDK's integrated into the Service, as a way of providing personalized and relevant advertisements to you within the Service.
