Users and Members

You affirm that you are are fully capable and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms & Conditions, and to abide by and comply with these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Niteboard Website and its services.

Permissions, Restrictions, and Intellectual Property Rights

NITEBOARD DOES NOT TOLERATE BULLYING OR HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT POST ANY MATERIALS ANYWHERE ON THE NITEBOARD WEBSITE OR APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING POSTS, COMMENTS, MESSAGES, OR ANYWHERE ELSE WITHIN THE NITEBOARD SERVICE, THAT INVOLVES BULLYING, DISCRIMINATION, FRAUD, HARASSMENT, HATE, ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, MISINFORMATION, RACISM, SEXISM, OR SPAM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN FROM NITEBOARD.

You also agree that you will not distribute any of the content from a member's channel without permission from the account owner or owner of the content in question.

You agree that you will not alter or modify any part of the Niteboard Website.

Your agree that you will not post any content containing violence, nudity, or pornography.

You agree that you will only use the Niteboard Website for what is was intended for. Content not permitted on the Niteboard Website includes but is not limited to pornography, or obscene or defamatory material. You also agree that you will not post content that infringes on any copyright laws.
