Is the White Collar reboot still happening?

From everything I've read so far, it looks like it's still happening, a script has been written, and many of the cast members will be returning. However, the show is currently being shopped around to streaming services. So far, only Hulu has publicly declined. No other confirmation on anything else at this time. Has anyone heard anything else?

Since the show currently lives on Netflix, it would make sense for them to pick it up.

@whatevo Eh, yeah, but given their track record with cancelling shows after the first season, I feel it would be better off with a different streaming service.
