Star Wars: Skeleton Crew is set in the New Republic era, approximately five years after the events of Return of the Jedi, and takes place concurrently with other series like The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Ahsoka.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see some crossover from the other characters given the fact that each of the series is getting tied off soon.
